She was standing next to me

I was looking at another her

Yes… it was another she

I could not help but stare

How could I let it be?!

She was so damn fair

Hoping she did not see

I was looking at a pair

Bikini clad in a summer’s sea

Peeking at me I swear

She wanted to pay the fee

To a resort with optional wear

They put you in a killing spree

And expect you not to care

She said it was not jealousy

A commitment we both share

That night I wasn’t so lucky

I had to sleep in a hotel chair

Next time I’m not to agree

I’ll insist we go elsewhere

Even if she begs on her knee

Or sprinkles lies with fanfare

If she wants life to be glee

She should let me share
